What  you need :

  • Eggs
  • Ground Beef
  • Onions
  • Bell Pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • Cheese
  • Puff pastry
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili

What to do :

Preheat your oven to about 180-200° C ( 355-395° F).

Take your your casserole and butter it inside so the dough wont stick to your casserole. Lay your dough in the casserole and put it in the oven. When the dough is almost done take it out.

In the mean time you can chop the Onions as small as possible and the rest as you like. Season the ground beef. Grate the cheese. Put everything in a bowl and add enough eggs so everything is covered with egg when you stirred it up.

Fill it in the casserole and put it back in the oven and check every 5 minutes until the quiche looks golden brown.
